There have been many enquiries on the uses of Liquid Clay recently ever since the online store open . Here I would like to share some the knowledge which I have learned from the net on one of the many uses of Liquid clay.There are many tutorials online to show you how to make many different kinds of liquid clay pendants. One of the examples is shown here.For this simple tutorial, I used Fimo Deco Gel, personally I preferred it to TLC (from Sculpey) as it gives a clearer/more glassy effect than TLC…. read more

Latest issue of Polymer Cafe!

My favourite and also my last upload this week, layers and layers of silver flakes on a pearl white base, and a china blue flower with a swarovski rhinestone in the middle (both sides). A very pretty piece , though it does not show very well in the photo ( the base looked greyish instead…sigh. ). I will be out soon and will try to reply to you by today. The thing is..

Yummy ” lazy” Ice-cream for us hehe :) 1 clay class, 2 workshops and 3 clay parties have been keeping me busy for the past week, not forgetting a school holiday in between but I managed to set aside some time for the children during the holiday, we made some ice-cream dessert, rented DVDs and spent a lazy morning watching one before I whisked myself off to another clay party workshop in the afternoon on Youth Day… I have mentioned some time ago about setting up a new online store…and its getting along quite nicely….. although its not fully loaded … read more
